Code of Conduct

Institutional Guidelines

AINS is committed to maintaining a disciplined and academic atmosphere. All students are expected to adhere to the following rules and regulations during their tenure at the institute.

Discipline & Behavior

Maintain absolute self-discipline within college and hospital campuses.
Obedience to all teaching and non-teaching staff is mandatory.
Identity cards must be carried at all times and presented upon request.
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in classrooms, labs, and clinical areas.
Neat and clean designated uniforms and aprons are compulsory.
Conservation of electricity and water is expected (switch off fans/lights when leaving).
No guests or visitors are allowed in classrooms, laboratories, or the library.
Students must read the notice board regularly for updates on schedules and exams.

                        
                        Anyone found damaging property will be held responsible for the repair/replacement costs.

Attendance & Assessment

Mandatory Attendance: 80% in classes and 100% in clinical postings is required to grant the term.
Students must reach the college before 9:00 AM and clinical postings by 8:00 AM.
Prior permission is required for any absence; clinical make-up duties apply for missed sessions.

Tutorial Assessments

Monthly Class Tests	2 per subject
Mid Semester Exam	50 Marks
End Semester Exam	75 Marks
Preliminary Exam	75 Marks

Library Rules

College library will be remain open from 09:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M
No book will be issued during Recess Period (Recess Time: – 12:30 P.M to 01:15 P.M)
Maximum 2 books & 4 Dissertations will be issued at a time.
Book can be borrowed for a 15 days & Dissertation for 1 month. Overdue Fine will be applicable afterwards (Books after 15 days & Dissertation after 1 month)
Overdue Fine will be 5 rupees per day for first five days, & after that 10 rupees per day will be applicable
In case of damage/loss of library books, students will have to replace it with similar books or fine.
Strict action will be taken for any misconduct around the library premises.
No food or drinks will be allowed in the library.
Don’t Write /Draw anything in library books. Handle it with care.
Don’t fold the pages of library books.
Maintain Silence around library premises strictly.
Don’t Use Mobile around library premises.
Contact One Receptionist (Mrs. Hetalben Solanki) for any library related Work if our Librarian remains absent.

Anti-Ragging Policy

AINS maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy towards ragging.

Ragging is strictly prohibited in both the college campus and hostel.
Both junior and senior students must maintain cordial relations.
Any violation will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
Legal action may be initiated as per the Supreme Court and Gujarat University norms.
